Proposal - Once we've gathered all the relevant information from the consultation, we then prepare a basic proposal that highlights the discussed features and how we aim to achieve them. This is then sent to you by email / post to give you a chance to make notes, discuss additions and prepare any questions you may have. Once you're happy with everything, you simply give us the go ahead and we're ready to go.
Design - taking onboard the brief and set guidelines and start to determine the look and feel of the proposed project, we then submit prototype mock-ups to you by email leaving you the freedom to express your likes and dislikes on the overall design. This is an ongoing process until you're 100% happy with everything and are ready to take it to the next stage of the process.
Build - This is the stage where your website itself is actually created. Taking the approved designed layout, we then convert this into a functional website using XHTML, CSS & PHP which complies to the current web standards for increase functionality and accessibility. We supply you with a temporary access throughout the build stage so you can keep up to date on where we are and express any additional changes or corrections we go along. You're never kept in the dark.
Testing & Delivery - Once the site is built to your standards and you're happy to move on, we then put the site through a tough testing period which involves cross browser compatibility (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc), running all of the possible scenarios that you will be using the site for and making sure they function correctly, re-checking all of the supplied content for spelling/grammar mistakes and optimise loading times, imagery and ensuring that all other features are good working order.
Once this has been put through the paces and you sign it off, we put the site live to the world wide web.
Maintenance - Site maintenance is essential. We supply the majority of our clients with a CMS for them to manage their content and keep it fresh along with push their own SEO when doing so. But as a site progresses and your business grows, there may be additional features or changes that need to be made to the site in order to keep up with the competition and times.
