MODEXS was established primarily to provide affordable web design in our local area of St Helens. After 4-6 months of this venture, our services soon became known on a wider scale and our client base rapidly became international. With our new found popularity, we didn't want anything to change. We wanted to maintain our affordability and still offer more than the competent competition. We have an extensive list of professional services that any business or individual can take advantage of and we're working hard to increase that list on an everyday basis.
Like any business, the most important thing are the clients. We go that extra mile to ensure they get exactly what is needed from their project, and do so by following three primary rules — Goals, budget & timescale. We believe that following these rules and asking all the right questions is the defining key to a successful client relationship.
